We are looking to fill a Senior Account Manager (CRM & Loyalty) for a leading agency based in Dubai. 

Responsibilities:

-Strong leadership skills and the ability to inspire and motivate a team of people

-Coach and mentor Account Managers and Account Executives on people and performance management best practice

-Strong client servicing & Business Development

Requirements:

-The successful candidate will have had previous agency experience in programme management including strategy development and implementation a proven track record of leadership of operational elements of a CRM or loyalty program

-experience having worked with at least some of the following functions would be highly desirable: Digital, Mobile, CRM, Loyalty Marketing, 

-Arabic preferred but not a must
