Our client is looking for an Office Manager and Buyer to join their team in Dubai.

Reception & Administration

  • Maintaining files and records with effective filing systems.
  • Managing all administrative tasks pertaining to mail, courier services, calls, schedules and meetings for management (specifically for the Managing Director).
  • Greeting and assisting all visitors when they arrive at the office.
  • Handling all office supplies and stock of pantry, consumables, machine maintenance and cleaning services. Monitoring all expenditures.

Buying & Procurement

  • Procuring a minimum of three quotes on all jobs
  • Sourcing, building and updating a database in areas of display stands, prints, logistics, installables, giveaways, in-store furniture, etc.
  • Issuing all LPOs
  • Receiving and checking all goods where applicable

IT

  • Managing all IT requirements
  • Overseeing software maintenance and renewal
  • Enrolling new users onto biometric system.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as office manager and buyer
  • Expert negotiation and decision-making skills
  • Organized with the ability to prioritize and multi-task
  • Reliable with patience and professionalism
  • Associate’s/College degree; BSc/Ba in business administration or relevant field is a plus
