Lead Brand Ambassador
The LBA plays a pivotal role in maintaining client satisfaction and loyalty by providing exceptional services and acts as the direct liaison between the client and the customer service center. The LBA is responsible for Call Center operations.
- Strong project management, organizational and planning skills
- Analytically minded, specifically comfortable with data, metrics and trends
- Proven experience managing client relationships, especially sensitive issues
- Ability to analyze problems and produce a viable solution
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills and good attention to detail
- University degree required.
- Fluent, both verbal and written, in English/ Arabic
- 3-5 years of client services
- Experience in customer service
- Experience in Premium/Luxury industry would be an advantage
- Knowledge in using Microsoft applications – Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
- Experience in managing people
Working hours Sunday - Thursday, 11am - 8pm
