We are now seeking an experienced B2B Event Director on behalf of a top tier global exhibition organiser.
The successful candidate will have a minimum of 6yrs experience launching, operating and executing large scale exhibitions or trade shows on an international platform along with a strong commercial background.
Working in collaboration with the senior directors you will plan, manage, deliver and evaluate events in line with strategic plans, brand guidelines and within budget
- A proven track record of event sales (Exhibitions or Sponsorship)
- Minimum of ten experience in a related field (Exhibitions or Trade Shows ONLY)
- People & Leadership management experience
- The ability to develop, encourage, lead a team
- Continually liaise with Operations Department with respect to floor plans and ensure client requirements are maintained
- Strategize and produce opportunities for the exhibition teams to increase non square-metre sales
- Expertise in Exhibition Marketing and liaising with the marketing team to ensure all collateral & marketing activities are executed on time and in-line with marketing
