As a HR Manager, you will be responsible for Team Members (team of 60 people) experience, their effectiveness and development as well as their efficiency and compliance.
- Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives performance
- Develop and manage a wide range or People & Culture functions such as onboarding, performance and employee engagement.
- Report and support Managing Director and provide decision support through HR Metrics
- Take on a full 360 HR role and monitor strategies, systems and procedures across the business.
- Manage recruitment and selection process
Qualifications and experience:
- Degree in HR or related field
- Proven experience of culture building within a team
- Previous HR Manager experience
Salary: 20,000 – 25,0000 AED
