Our client is looking to fill an Executive Assistant position in Dubai that would cater to the Group CEO in Dubai and CEO in Lithuania. 

Job Purpose:

  • To provide secretarial, clerical and administrative support to the Group CEO in UAE and in Lithuania

Responsibilities:

  • Screening telephone calls, enquiries and requests, handling them when appropriate
  • Liaising with clients, suppliers, advisers, shareholders, inter company directors and other staff
  • Organizing and maintaining the CEO’s diary and making appointments.
  • Dealing with correspondence, writing emails/letters and corporate documentations/SOP’s/policies (further information on such detailed herein), taking dictation, typing minutes and meeting reports
  • Organizing and attending meetings, and arranging business trips (including flights and accommodations), ensuring the CEO is well-prepared for meetings/business trips, preparing meeting agendas
  • Designing and producing documents, briefing papers, reports and presentations
  • Dealing with CEO’s personal matters including holidays, flights, banking, family, housing and other private matters
  • Processing CEO’s business expenses and other administrative items
  • Copy Edit/Proof Read all proposals prior to submission to ensure are maintaining the company’s and CEO’s high presentation standards

 

Requirements:

  • Educated to a degree level in Business, Economics or Administration
  • At least 3-5 years progressively responsible experience in a secretarial role of which 3 years as a PA preferably to a C-level Executive or CEO
  • Bilingual (fluent in English and Lithuanian)
  • Flexibility and adaptability to juggle between a range of tasks and work extra hours to meet deadlines
  • Experience working in the MENA region preferred

Salary: up to 14k
