Oversee internal communication, culture development, brand communication strategy, and opportunities to share this publicly.

Be the main liaison to the CEO
Lead group-wide change in response to evolving market patterns
Create, deliver, and drive corporate strategy on a large-scale basis
Drive marketing initiatives, campaigns, announcements, and releases through all company outlets, media partners, agencies and relevant communication teams across several regions.
Manage a driven team of 5 people and indirect management of 20.
Serve as chief communication strategist on the Group’s initiatives, goals and priorities
Lead strong, vision-focused, service-oriented team of professionals across all aspects of media, internal and external communications, multi-cultural outreach, web design and communications and marketing.
Manage the Leadership Team’s public communications and the Group’s brand through well- developed internal communications, public affairs, crisis communications and marketing plan and strategy.
Authority to set overall direction for public relations program
Supervise the research, development and implementation of a Communication strategy, standards and practices organizational-wide that elicit, as well as promote the ethos of the organization.
15 – 20 years experience
Circa 60,000 AED (Full package)
Masters Degree Preferred
Oil and Gas experience preferred
