  • Proven track record that will withstand reference checks with clients not only previous employers.
  • Ability to lead from the front and role sleeves up to personally make it happen via proactive networking and relationship building.

  • Someone willing & able to pick up the phone and cold call or cold call network at industry events or trade exhibitions.
  • Someone willing & able to sit in front of anyone from a brand manager of a FMCG to the highest dignitaries at the highest government levels.
  • Able to create and implement strategic sales and marketing plans that successfully achieve business objectives
  • Has in interest to monitor competitors' concepts and events, including relevant sales and marketing data
  • Develop an operating budget for the sales division that meets business goals
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with key clients, including negotiating and closing on major contracts
  • Able to distinguish the different levels of authority and decision making within a client and build relationships at every level that will eventually positively impact the company win ratio and overall brand equity.
