The Country Manager’s responsible for the effective management of all the affairs of the Agency in Qatar. This role entails planning, directing, and coordinating the activities of the Company for the accomplishment of objectives and policies established by the CEO and the Board of Directors within the limits of the Articles of Incorporation of the Company. The Country Manager may delegate portions of his/her responsibilities consistent with sound operations and authorized policies and procedures, together with proportionate authority for their fulfillment but may not delegate or relinquish any portion of his/her accountability for results. Ensures Company assets, intellectual and other data are secured at all times and not vulnerable to malicious deletion, copying, or other forms of sabotage.
