Qualify

  • 5-8 Years Work Experience from a reputable Agency or Consulting Background / Big 4
  • Service Design, Graphic Design, Human-Computer Interaction
  • Certification in – Human-Centered Design – Interaction Design will be an advantage
  • Sector Experience: Government, Public Sector, Technology, IT, Digital, Healthcare, Agency

Job Purpose

  • This is a hands-on role in which you will be responsible for design centric workstreams of programs, shaping outcomes and helping grow the design practice.

Responsibilities

  • Expert Service Design within the Public Sector and work with teams to design and scale digital government services.
  • Design for the target user’s experience across multiple channels. Convert the design to something that is implementable.
  • Deep expertise in design thinking/human-centered design
     

Must Have

  • Service Design, Systems Design, Business Design, Industrial Design, Interaction Design,
    UX Experience Design
  • User Research, User Centered, People Centered
