We are seeking a General Manager to lead and oversee the multi-store operations of our client.

This role involves driving sales, business development, and financial KPIs, ensuring operational excellence, and delivering an exceptional customer shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities:
•    Develop and implement strategies to elevate brand position and increase profitability.

• Oversee daily hypermarket operations, ensuring high-quality standards.
• Manage sales, business development, supply chain, and e-commerce growth.
• Lead expansion projects and identify new market opportunities.
• Optimize inventory management, cost control, and supplier relations.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and municipal regulations.
• Develop and mentor teams to enhance employee engagement and retention.

Who We’re Looking For:

• 10+ years of Operations Management experience in Hypermarkets/Supermarkets.
• Proven expertise in multi-location retail operations and new store openings.
• Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and communication skills.
• Experience in profit & loss management, cost control, and business growth.
