We are seeking a highly experienced Executive Assistant / Personal Assistant to act as a shared EA/PA supporting the Managing Director and Chief Strategy Officer within a fast-paced, international environment.

This is a true gatekeeper role for someone confident managing access to senior leadership, handling sensitive matters with discretion, and operating independently at a high level.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as a gatekeeper to the Managing Director and Chief Strategy Officer, managing access and ensuring priorities are handled efficiently
  • Provide high-level administrative support, including complex diary management, inbox control, and scheduling with minimal supervision
  • Coordinate complex international travel and logistics, including bookings, itineraries, and expense reporting
  • Serve as the primary liaison between senior leadership and internal/external stakeholders
  • Screen and manage emails, calls, and in-person meetings professionally and discreetly
  • Support projects and ad-hoc administrative tasks to enable smooth day-to-day operations
  • Handle highly confidential information with absolute professionalism and discretion

Profile We’re Looking For

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience supporting C-level / Executive Management in international organisations
  • Bilingual: English & Arabic (French is a strong advantage)
  • Highly proactive, organised, and detail-oriented, able to operate independently
  • Comfortable in a high-stakes, fast-moving environment with senior stakeholders
  • Exceptional communication, judgement, and stakeholder-management skills
