Our client, a leading events agency is looking to expand their team with an exhibition producer focused on events in the technology and communications space.

Requirements: 

• Staying abreast of industry trends. 
• Researching key points of interest of the exhibition industry. 
• Researching potential content opportunities for the event/exhibition and making suggestions for potential areas of interest. 
• Researching relevant speakers, booking speakers and making travel arrangements.
• Managing a database of industry leaders. 
• Liaising with sponsorship team to manage their speaker portfolio for upcoming events and exhibitions.
• Creative event idea conceptualization. 

Requirements:

• 3 plus years’ experience in a similar position. 
• Confident in researching industry trends and identifying thought leaders within the space.
• Ability to organise and liaise with C-Suite and thought leaders to schedule speakers for large scale events and exhibitions. 
• Experience in the technology and communications exhibitions space.
