Senior Business Development Manager 
Location: Dubai

We are currently hiring an experienced Senior Business Development Manager to drive revenue growth by selling customised learning and development solutions to corporate, government, and multinational clients. 

• Generate new business and drive revenue across the UAE and KSA training market.
• Build and maintain relationships with HR Directors, L&D Managers, Talent Development Managers, and senior stakeholders.
• Understand client learning needs and propose tailored training solutions.
• Manage the full sales cycle: lead generation, proposals, negotiation, and contract closure.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets while maintaining accurate pipeline forecasts.
• Minimum 5 years’ UAE/KSA B2B sales experience with a proven network in the corporate market.
• Existing HR/L&D relationships and experience selling corporate training strongly preferred.
