SAP Consultant – Finance or HR | Middle East

We are seeking talented SAP Consultants to join a leading global consulting team delivering enterprise transformation programmes across the Middle East. We have opportunities for consultants specialising in SAP Finance (FI/CO) and SAP Human Capital Management (HCM/SuccessFactors).

The ideal candidate will have 3–6 years of hands-on SAP implementation experience, with proven involvement across the full project lifecycle, including requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, go-live and post-implementation support. You should have practical experience configuring SAP modules rather than purely project management or governance exposure.

We’re looking for professionals who have worked within recognised consulting firms or delivered major in-house SAP transformation programmes. Strong communication, stakeholder management and client-facing skills are essential, along with the ability to work in fast-paced, collaborative environments.

A bachelor’s degree is required, while SAP certifications and experience working across multiple implementations are highly desirable. Previous exposure to the Middle East market, Arabic language skills and willingness to travel regionally are advantageous.
