Head of Engineering (UAEN)

Lead the engineering function, driving technology strategy, software architecture and the delivery of secure, scalable, high-performance systems. Manage engineering teams, mentor leaders, establish best practices, oversee system reliability and security, and work closely with cross-functional stakeholders to align technology with business objectives.

Requirements:

• 10+ years’ software engineering experience, including 5+ years in leadership.
• Strong background in software architecture, system design and engineering management.
• Experience leading large engineering teams and complex technology programmes.
• Knowledge of DevOps, security and modern software development practices.
• Strong stakeholder management, strategic planning and leadership skills.
