A leading UAE-based organisation is seeking an experienced Director – Technology to lead its technology function and drive the organisation’s digital, technology and transformation agenda.

This is a senior leadership opportunity for a strategic and commercially minded technology executive with a strong track record across technology strategy, digital transformation, cybersecurity, cloud, infrastructure, software delivery and technology operations.

Key requirements:

• 10+ years of senior technology leadership experience
• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Technology, Computing or Engineering; advanced IT qualification preferred
• Proven experience managing P&L, strategic investment and technology performance
• Strong leadership experience across technology delivery, operations, architecture, cybersecurity and service management
• Proven track record delivering digital transformation and major change initiatives
• Experience with cloud strategy, DevSecOps, resilience and information security
• Strong vendor, commercial and stakeholder management skills
• Experience in credit bureau, information services or other technology-driven industries is highly desirable
• Fluent in English and Arabic
• Strong strategic, analytical, communication and negotiation skills

The successful candidate will be responsible for shaping the technology roadmap, leading a diverse technology team, strengthening resilience and cybersecurity, driving innovation and automation, and ensuring technology remains fully aligned with business and regulatory requirements.
