About the Opportunity

A leading and fast-growing luxury property development organization in Dubai is looking for an HR Operations Executive / HR Generalist to join its growing team.

This is a hands-on generalist role supporting the HR Manager across the full spectrum of HR operations, employee relations, HR administration, and day-to-day people matters. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, commercially minded, and confident working across a diverse employee population in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the HR Manager in managing day-to-day HR operations and employee lifecycle activities.
  • Manage HR administration including onboarding, offboarding, employee documentation, contracts, records, and personnel files.
  • Provide guidance and support on employee relations matters, ensuring issues are handled professionally and in line with company policies.
  • Ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law and applicable employment regulations.
  • Assist with the preparation and maintenance of HR policies, procedures, and employee guidelines.
  • Support leave management, attendance, payroll inputs, and other HR-related processes.
  • Coordinate employee onboarding and ensure a smooth joining experience.
  • Manage employee documentation and ensure HR records are accurate and up to date.
  • Support visa, work permit, and other employee-related government processes as required.
  • Prepare HR reports, trackers, and workforce data for management.
  • Assist with performance management, disciplinary processes, and other employee lifecycle matters.
  • Act as a reliable point of contact for employees on HR policies, procedures, and general queries.
  • Support HR projects and initiatives as required by the HR Manager.

Requirements

  • 3–6 years of relevant HR experience, preferably within the UAE.
  • Strong hands-on experience across HR operations and generalist HR.
  • Solid and practical knowledge of UAE Labour Law and employment regulations.
  • Experience handling employee relations and HR administration independently.
  • Strong understanding of the employee lifecycle from onboarding through offboarding.
  • Experience with UAE visa/work permit processes and government-related HR administration is preferred.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to deal confidently with employees at all levels.
  • High level of discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive employee matters.
  • Proactive, solution-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced organization.
  • Excellent written and spoken English.

The Ideal Candidate

We are looking for someone who is hands-on, dependable, and commercially aware, with the maturity to manage sensitive employee matters while maintaining a professional and employee-focused approach.

You should be comfortable operating as the HR Manager’s key support partner and taking ownership of day-to-day HR operations rather than working purely in an administrative capacity.

Salary: Up to AED 12,000 per month, depending on experience and suitability.
