We are currently supporting a leading regional organisation on a confidential search for a Head of Legal / Senior Legal Counsel to lead the legal function and act as a strategic advisor to the CEO and leadership team.
This is a high-impact role with full ownership of legal strategy, governance, and risk management across multiple jurisdictions.
Key responsibilities:
- Act as the primary legal advisor to the CEO, Board, and senior leadership
- Lead and manage the legal function and external counsel relationships
- Oversee corporate governance, board matters, and regulatory compliance
- Provide legal oversight on commercial agreements, franchising, and strategic partnerships
- Lead litigation strategy, dispute resolution, and risk management
- Support business growth through legal input on expansion and investments
Key requirements:
- 12–15+ years’ experience in in-house legal or equivalent
- Strong background in commercial, corporate, and regulatory law
- Experience advising CEO, Board, and executive leadership
- Exposure to multi-jurisdictional environments (UAE / KSA preferred)
- Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
- Fluency in English and Arabic is mandatory
