Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute an enterprise-wide Learning & Development strategy aligned with business objectives.
- Establish and lead a Learning & Development Centre of Excellence.
- Design scalable learning journeys across leadership, functional, and frontline populations.
- Build competency frameworks and capability development roadmaps.
- Lead leadership development initiatives, succession readiness, and high-potential programs.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Psychology, or a related discipline.

- Proven experience establishing or scaling Learning & Development functions or Centres of Excellence.
- Strong background in learning strategy, leadership development, and capability building.
- Experience supporting large, frontline-heavy workforces within sectors such as hospitality, retail, leisure, entertainment, real estate, or similar environments.
- Experience with digital learning platforms, LMS systems, and learning analytics.
- GCC experience would be highly advantageous.

What You’ll Do:
- Lead end-to-end employee onboarding for a seamless integration experience.
- Manage payroll operations ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance.
- Drive the implementation and optimization of HR technology systems, with a focus on SAP SuccessFactors.
- Develop and maintain HR governance frameworks to ensure audit readiness and compliance.

What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
- 5–7 years of progressive HR experience, including at least 2 years in HR operations management.
- Proven expertise in payroll, HR systems, and employee relations.
- Strong understanding of SAP SuccessFactors.
- Master’s degree or professional certifications (CIPD/SHRM) are a plus.
