SAP Consultant – Finance or HR | Middle East
We are seeking talented SAP Consultants to join a leading global consulting team delivering enterprise transformation programmes across the Middle East. We have opportunities for consultants specialising in SAP Finance (FI/CO) and SAP Human Capital Management (HCM/SuccessFactors).
The ideal candidate will have 3–6 years of hands-on SAP implementation experience, with proven involvement across the full project lifecycle, including requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, go-live and post-implementation support. You should have practical experience configuring SAP modules rather than purely project management or governance exposure.
We’re looking for professionals who have worked within recognised consulting firms or delivered major in-house SAP transformation programmes. Strong communication, stakeholder management and client-facing skills are essential, along with the ability to work in fast-paced, collaborative environments.
A bachelor’s degree is required, while SAP certifications and experience working across multiple implementations are highly desirable. Previous exposure to the Middle East market, Arabic language skills and willingness to travel regionally are advantageous.
This is an excellent opportunity to work on complex enterprise transformation projects, develop your consulting career and collaborate with multinational clients across a wide range of industries while building deep expertise in SAP solutions.

IT Cloud Engineer (Azure)
About the Role
We’re hiring an IT Cloud Engineer to help operate and evolve a 100% Azure, Infrastructure-as-Code-driven cloud estate. This is a hands-on engineering role: you’ll spend most of your time in Terraform / Terragrunt, Azure DevOps pipelines, AKS and Helm, PowerShell, and Ansible. Supported by AI tooling (Claude, ChatGPT), which we treat as a first-class part of how we work.
Our infrastructure was built from the ground up in 2024 so the estate is modern, modular, and managed entirely as code. We’re a small, senior team and you’ll have direct ownership of significant chunks of the platform from day one.
As a Principal IT/Digital in the Energy Practice, you will work closely with our client’s leadership teams to understand their key challenges, define IT strategies, win buy-in for your recommendations and lead fellow case team members to transform client potential into performance with high-impact assignments. You will deploy customized IT strategies, digital platforms and architecture in order to leverage the digital potential of our customers to deliver long lasting value. You will evaluate and coach our clients’ technology teams, manage quality and risk while maintaining client expectations and escalations. Besides the functional guidance of the project team you will also be operationally responsible for the execution and management of the solution. Together with our clients you will develop convincing IT strategies, concepts and solutions that have a lasting impact on the organization, operating model, digital, and/or data landscape.
You will manage diverse teams of consulting talent. Your role will be to help those teams flourish by provoking thought, team mentoring, knowledge sharing, giving frequent feedback and creating opportunities for team members to learn and grow. You will also personally develop and grow by being exposed to new and complex challenges daily.
Clients will also seek your advice as a thought leader on business issues that extend beyond the immediate scope of you project work. Finally as a Principal you will contribute to the Practice Area development and help to strengthen the BCG Platinion brand as a AI and digital leader.
