We are currently partnering with a leading UAE-based organization to appoint an Assistant Director – O2C Finance Shared Services to lead a critical function within a large-scale Finance Shared Services environment.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced finance leader with strong Order-to-Cash expertise, shared services experience, and a track record of driving process improvement, controls, and transformation initiatives within a complex, high-volume organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Order-to-Cash operations across multiple business units.
• Manage large onshore and offshore teams, ensuring service excellence and adherence to SLAs.
• Oversee Accounts Receivable, reconciliations, month-end close activities, and customer accounting processes.
• Drive process optimization, automation initiatives, and continuous improvement projects.
• Act as a key stakeholder in ERP implementations, systems enhancements, and business transformation initiatives.
• Partner closely with Commercial, Sales, CRM, Legal, Collections, and Finance teams to improve operational effectiveness.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, internal controls, governance requirements, VAT regulations, and audit requirements.
• Monitor performance through reporting, analytics, KPIs, and operational controls.

Candidate Profile

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline.
• Professional qualification such as CA, CPA, ACCA, or equivalent preferred.
• Proven leadership experience within Finance Shared Services, Order-to-Cash, Accounts Receivable, or Revenue Operations environments.
• Experience managing sizeable teams across multiple locations.
• Strong exposure to finance transformation, process improvement, automation, and ERP implementations.
• Ability to operate in a fast-paced, high-volume, commercially driven environment.
• Experience within real estate, construction, property development, or similarly complex organizations is highly desirable.
