Hiring: Assistant Manager / Manager – Talent Acquisition

We are supporting a leading organisation in the UAE with the appointment of an experienced Assistant Manager / Manager – Talent Acquisition.

The successful candidate will manage end-to-end recruitment across Technology and Corporate Functions, partnering closely with hiring managers and business leaders to attract high-quality talent in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from role briefing and sourcing through to offer management and onboarding.
• Recruit across Technology and Corporate Functions at varying levels of seniority.
• Develop proactive sourcing strategies and build strong talent pipelines.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce requirements and provide market insight.
• Ensure a professional and engaging candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Support recruitment projects, employer-branding initiatives and continuous process improvement.

Successful candidates must have:

• Strong experience recruiting across Technology and Corporate Functions
• Experience working within a fast-paced, high-performance environment
• Native-level English communication skills, both written and verbal
• An in-house Talent Acquisition or recruitment agency background
• A stable career history with good tenure
• No more than three employers within the past five years
• Strong stakeholder-management, sourcing and candidate-engagement skills

This is a fully on-site role, working Monday to Friday. The salary package will depend on the successful candidate’s experience and appointed level.
