Collection Agent – UAE National

Location: UAE
Salary: AED 12,000 per month

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Collection Agent to join a well-established organisation in the UAE. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing outstanding payments, monitoring accounts receivable and ensuring timely collection of overdue balances while maintaining positive customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor outstanding accounts and follow up on overdue payments.

• Communicate professionally with customers regarding outstanding balances and payment arrangements.

• Maintain accurate records of collection activities, payments and account statuses.

• Coordinate with finance teams to resolve payment discrepancies.

• Prepare regular collection reports and monitor outstanding receivables.

• Support payment reconciliation and ensure compliance with internal financial procedures.

• Assist in improving collection processes and reducing overdue balances.

Requirements:

• UAE National with a valid Family Book (mandatory).

• Qualification in Finance or Accounting (mandatory).

• Previous experience in collections, accounts receivable or financial administration is advantageous.

• Understanding of debt collection procedures and financial processes.

• Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting systems.

• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.

• Ability to manage multiple accounts and meet deadlines.
