I’m currently working with a well-established regional law firm in Abu Dhabi that is looking to hire a Corporate Associate to join their growing corporate team.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a busy and highly regarded practice advising on a broad range of corporate matters across the UAE and wider region.

The Role

The successful candidate will work closely with partners and senior lawyers on a variety of corporate and commercial matters, including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, and corporate structuring. The role will involve advising both regional and international clients on transactions and regulatory matters.

Key Responsibilities

• Advising on M&A transactions, joint ventures and strategic investments

• Drafting and negotiating transactional and corporate documentation

• Supporting clients on corporate structuring and governance matters

• Advising on regulatory compliance across UAE jurisdictions including Dubai International Financial Centre and Abu Dhabi Global Market

• Conducting legal research and providing commercially focused legal advice

• Working collaboratively with internal teams and external stakeholders on complex transactions

Key Requirements

• 5+ years’ PQE in corporate law

• Strong experience advising on M&A and joint venture transactions

• Experience with corporate structuring and governance matters

• Good understanding of UAE regulatory frameworks, including DIFC and ADGM

• Excellent drafting and negotiation skills

• Fluency in Arabic and English is essential
