I’m currently supporting a leading professional services firm in the UAE on a confidential search for a Senior Manager – Corporate Advisory Services.

This is a senior, client-facing role focused on corporate structuring, governance, and private client advisory, working closely with Partners and managing a diverse portfolio of local and international clients.

Key requirements:

• 8–10+ years’ experience in corporate advisory / corporate governance
• Strong experience across multiple jurisdictions within the UAE
• Background in business structuring, restructuring, and regulatory compliance
• Experience advising HNWIs / private clients is a strong advantage
• Proven ability to manage teams and complex client engagements
• Strong stakeholder management and commercial awareness
