I’m currently supporting a leading UAE-based developer on a confidential search for a senior leader to drive the commercial performance and leasing strategy of a large-scale business district.

This is a high-impact role reporting into senior leadership, responsible for revenue growth, tenant acquisition, and long-term asset performance across a major commercial portfolio.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead and execute the leasing and commercial strategy
• Oversee tenant acquisition, retention, and key account management
• Manage broker networks, partnerships, and leasing pipelines
• Drive pricing strategy, negotiations, and contract execution
• Oversee customer experience, operations, and performance metrics
• Collaborate with internal teams across development, marketing, and finance

Key requirements:
?? 12+ years’ experience in commercial leasing / real estate environments
?? Strong track record in B2B leasing, asset management and optimisation
?? Experience managing large-scale commercial or mixed-use portfolios
?? Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
?? UAE market experience and strong network within brokers and tenants
