We are currently supporting a leading UAE developer on the appointment of a Director to lead the operational development and launch of a landmark, large-scale island destination.

Key requirements:

• 12+ years’ experience in community development, destination management, or hospitality operations
• Strong background in wellness-driven concepts (wellness resorts, retreats, lifestyle communities)
• Experience in pre-opening / operational readiness for large-scale developments
• Exposure to integrated ecosystems (residential, hospitality, retail, wellness)
• Proven ability to deliver premium, experience-led communities
• Strong stakeholder management across development, design, and operations

This role is ideal for someone who:

• Understands how to design, activate, and manage communities with a wellness-first approach
• Comes from a hospitality or wellness background (resorts, retreats, branded communities)
• Has worked on large-scale master-planned destinations
• Can translate vision into seamless, high-quality living experiences
