A leading financial services organisation in Dubai is seeking an experienced Director – Finance to join its senior leadership team and report directly to the Director General.

This is a strategic finance leadership role, combining financial planning, commercial strategy, treasury, investment, governance and corporate services.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead financial strategy, budgeting, forecasting and financial planning.
• Oversee financial reporting, cash flow, balance sheet and treasury management.
• Develop pricing models and commercial forecasts to support revenue and profitability.
• Manage investments and optimise investment income in line with corporate policies.
• Drive cost optimisation, operational efficiency and profitability.
• Strengthen financial controls, risk management and regulatory compliance.
• Lead finance transformation, ERP optimisation and automation initiatives.
• Oversee corporate services, office management, vendors and administrative operations.
• Provide strategic financial insights and recommendations to the Director General and executive management.
• Lead, develop and mentor high-performing finance and corporate services teams.
• Ensure effective governance and completion of RCSA and risk/compliance requirements.

The Ideal Candidate

• UAE National – Male
• 10+ years of senior finance/managerial experience
• Proven experience leading sizeable teams and strategic initiatives.
• Strong background in FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, treasury and financial strategy.
• Experience within financial services, banking, fintech, credit reporting or a highly regulated environment is highly advantageous.
• Strong commercial acumen and understanding of business performance.
• Experience with Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics or similar ERP systems.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication and presentation skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or related discipline.
• Professional qualification such as CPA, ACCA, CMA, CIMA, CA or CFA is preferred.
• Immediately available or able to join at very short notice.
