An exceptional opportunity has opened up with a luxury real estate developer in Dubai for a Finance Manager to play a pivotal role in shaping financial strategy and business performance.

The Role

This is a senior, high-impact position where you will:

• • Lead a team of 6 accountants
• • Own budgeting, forecasting & financial planning across a luxury property portfolio
• • Build and refine advanced financial models (NPV, IRR, WACC, cash flow)
• • Deliver insights directly to the CEO and senior leadership
• • Drive financial governance, reporting, automation & performance improvement

Ideal Profile

• ACCA / CA / CPA qualified10+ years’ finance experience within real estate / property development
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills Advanced financial modelling & strategic mindset
• Experience with ERP systems, Power BI & IFRS
