A leading creative agency is looking for a commercially driven Growth Account Director to focus on business growth, new client acquisition and pitch success.
The role will be responsible for building relationships with senior brand stakeholders, identifying new opportunities and converting briefs into long-term partnerships.
Responsibilities
- Drive new business opportunities and manage a strong sales pipeline.
- Build relationships with brands, agencies and key decision-makers.
- Lead pitches from brief stage through to presentation and conversion.
- Work with creative and delivery teams to develop winning proposals.
- Grow existing client relationships and identify additional revenue opportunities.
- Represent the agency at industry events and networking opportunities.
Requirements
- Strong BD / growth experience within an agency environment.
- Proven ability to win pitches and generate new revenue.
- Background in experiential, events, creative or marketing services preferred.
- Excellent presentation, networking and relationship-building skills.
- Commercial mindset with the ability to open doors and close opportunities.
