Head of Acquisition – Digital

We are seeking a strategic and commercially driven Head of Digital Acquisition to lead customer growth and digital revenue. This role owns the full acquisition funnel, from strategy to execution, with clear accountability for ROI and performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own and execute digital acquisition strategy aligned to revenue targets
• Drive customer growth, conversion optimisation, and funnel efficiency
• Lead performance marketing across Paid Media, SEO/SEM, CRM, Affiliates & Mobile
• Build and scale partnerships with fintechs, banks, and tech platforms
• Identify new growth channels, market opportunities, and product fit

Key Requirements:

• 10–12 years’ experience in digital, growth, or performance marketing
• Background in fintech, payments, banking, or digital-first environments preferred
• Proven ability to scale acquisition and manage significant budgets
• Strong analytical mindset with hands-on MarTech and performance expertise
