Senior Corporate Services Recruiter

Kingston Stanley is looking for an experienced and ambitious Senior Corporate Services Recruiter to join our Dubai team.

This is an exciting opportunity for a high-performing recruitment professional with a strong track record in placing corporate services and professional talent across the region. You will work closely with leading organisations, build long-term client relationships and connect exceptional talent with outstanding opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the full 360° recruitment lifecycle from business development through to placement.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients across the UAE and wider GCC.

Identify new business opportunities and grow existing client accounts.

Source, engage and assess high-quality candidates across Corporate Services functions.

Manage multiple recruitment assignments while delivering an exceptional candidate and client experience.

Provide expert market insights, salary intelligence and recruitment advice.

Negotiate terms, offers and successfully manage the recruitment process through to placement.

Build and maintain a strong network within your specialist market.

Work collaboratively with the wider Kingston Stanley team to achieve individual and team targets.

We are looking for someone who has:

4–8+ years of recruitment experience, ideally within Corporate Services or Professional Services recruitment.

Experience working in a 360° recruitment or agency environment.

A strong track record of business development and successful placements.

Excellent communication, relationship-building and negotiation skills.

A proactive, entrepreneurial and commercially driven mindset.

The ability to build credibility with senior-level clients and candidates.

Experience recruiting across the UAE or GCC would be highly advantageous.
