We are looking for a Manager – HR Operations to lead and oversee the delivery of core HR services across our organization.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead end-to-end employee onboarding for a seamless integration experience.
• Manage payroll operations ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance.
• Drive the implementation and optimization of HR technology systems, with a focus on SAP SuccessFactors.
• Develop and maintain HR governance frameworks to ensure audit readiness and compliance.
• Handle employee relations, policy interpretation, conflict resolution, and disciplinary matters.
• Coordinate internal and external training, ensuring departmental participation and smooth logistics.
• Develop SOPs for key HR operations and ensure team adherence.
• Provide leadership and guidance to a high-performing HR Operations team.

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• 5–7 years of progressive HR experience, including at least 2 years in HR operations management.
• Proven expertise in payroll, HR systems, and employee relations.
• Strong understanding of SAP SuccessFactors.
• Master’s degree or professional certifications (CIPD/SHRM) are a plus.
• Experience in real estate or asset management is desirable but not mandatory.
