A leading integrated creative agency is looking for an experienced Integrated Art Director to lead visually compelling campaigns across digital, social, brand, retail and experiential channels.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead creative development across integrated campaigns and brand projects
• Translate strategy and concepts into high-quality visual execution
• Work closely with copywriters, designers, strategists and client teams
• Oversee design direction across social, digital, print and production outputs
• Present creative ideas confidently to internal teams and clients
• Ensure brand consistency and creative excellence across all touchpoints

Requirements

• 7+ years’ experience in an agency environment
• Strong integrated portfolio across branding, digital and campaign work
• High proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite
• Experience leading shoots, production and creative execution
• Strong conceptual thinking and presentation skills
• UAE/GCC agency experience preferred
