Legal Advisor  | Dubai | Up to AED 50,000 per month

We are currently representing a leading organisation in Dubai seeking an experienced Legal Advisor to join their in-house legal function.

This role will act as a key legal partner to the business, providing commercially focused legal advice across corporate, operational, and technology-related matters. The successful candidate will support senior leadership in managing legal risk, ensuring compliance, and enabling the smooth execution of business-critical commercial activities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide legal advice to senior stakeholders on a range of commercial, corporate, and operational matters

  • Draft, review, and negotiate contracts including IT services agreements, MSAs, SLAs, licensing agreements, and vendor contracts

  • Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and internal governance frameworks

  • Identify, assess, and mitigate legal and commercial risks across business activities

  • Manage disputes, claims, and litigation matters, coordinating with external counsel where required

  • Develop and maintain internal legal policies and procedures

  • Support procurement, sales, and delivery teams on contract structuring and negotiation strategy

  • Monitor legal and regulatory developments relevant to the business and advise on impact

  • Deliver internal training on key legal and compliance topics including data protection, contractual obligations, and risk awareness

  • Partner with leadership teams to support strategic and operational decision-making


Requirements

  • Law degree from a recognised and accredited university

  • Minimum 8+ years’ experience in legal advisory or in-house legal roles

  • Strong background in corporate and commercial law, ideally within technology, IT services, or consulting environments

  • Proven experience drafting and negotiating complex commercial contracts

  • Strong understanding of regulatory compliance and risk management frameworks

  • Experience with technology-related contracts (MSAs, SLAs, SaaS, licensing agreements) preferred

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills

  • Ability to work independently and advise senior leadership in a fast-paced environment

  • High level of professionalism, integrity, and commercial awareness
