Job Title: Legal Counsel
Location: Abu Dhabi
Salary: AED 40K – AED 50K per month

We’re looking for a skilled and experienced Legal Counsel to provide comprehensive legal support across a diverse international organization. This role involves advising on corporate, commercial, regulatory, and cross-border legal matters, ensuring compliance with UAE and international laws.

Key Responsibilities:

• Draft, review, and negotiate complex contracts and legal documents.

• Advise on business law, employment law, corporate governance, and compliance.

• Manage litigation and liaise with external counsel.

• Provide legal input on mergers, acquisitions, and joint ventures.

• Conduct training on compliance, risk, and regulatory matters.

• Navigate UAE, GCC, and international legal frameworks including DIFC and ADGM.

Requirements:

• Law degree with 6–10 years of corporate legal experience.

• UAE or GCC experience is essential.

• Fluency in English and Arabic is required.

• Strong understanding of international trade, intellectual property, and anti-corruption regulations.

• Previous in-house experience preferred.
