We are currently working on a confidential mandate for a leading professional services environment in the UAE, looking to appoint a Manager within Risk Advisory.

This is a key hire within a growing practice, offering the opportunity to work across high-profile engagements, particularly within financial services, and play a visible role in both delivery and practice development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee multiple risk advisory engagements across internal audit, ERM, and ICFR
• Manage client relationships and present findings to senior stakeholders
• Support business development and contribute to practice growth initiatives
• Lead, mentor, and develop junior team members
• Drive engagement delivery, quality, and commercial outcomes

Requirements:

• 8–10+ years of experience within Risk Advisory / Internal Audit / ERM
• Strong exposure to financial services (banking preferred)
• Professional qualification such as ACCA / CA / CPA / CIA
• Proven experience leading teams and managing engagements
• Strong understanding of risk frameworks (COSO, ISO 31000) and internal controls
• Prior consulting experience within a professional services firm is essential
• UAE experience and knowledge of local regulators is advantageous
