We are currently supporting a confidential mandate with a leading professional services firm in the UAE, looking to appoint a Manager within Risk Advisory, with a strong focus on the Healthcare sector.

This is a high-impact role offering exposure to clinics, hospitals, and broader healthcare environments, working across complex engagements and playing a key role in both client delivery and practice growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage risk advisory engagements across Internal Audit, ERM, and ICFR
• Work closely with clients across healthcare (hospitals & clinics) to strengthen governance, risk, and control frameworks
• Manage client relationships and present insights to senior and executive stakeholders
• Support business development and contribute to expanding the healthcare practice
• Mentor and develop junior team members while driving engagement delivery

Requirements:

• 8–10+ years of experience within Risk Advisory / Internal Audit / ERM
• Strong and proven experience within the Healthcare sector (mandatory)
• Professional qualification such as ACCA / CA / CPA / CIA / CRMA
• Solid understanding of risk frameworks (COSO, ISO 31000) and internal controls
• Prior experience within a consulting / professional services environment
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams and manage multiple engagements
• UAE experience and knowledge of local regulatory frameworks is advantageous
