Kingston Stanley are working with a family entertainment concept in the UAE, specialising in soft play and kids’ experiences, and they’re looking to bring on a strong Operations Manager to support their expansion.

This is a hands-on, multi-site role focused on driving operational excellence, leading teams, and delivering a high-quality customer experience across venues.

?5 years’ experience in Family Entertainment Centres (FECs) Operations Management is highly preferred
? Open to candidates from theme parks, amusement parks, or similar high-footfall environments
? Strong leadership and operations background required
? Dubai experience is essential and must be based in Dubai
