Overview
We are partnering with a leading local law firm who is looking to hire a Partner to join either their Dubai or Abu Dhabi office.
The firm is open to candidates across a broad range of practice areas, with a primary focus on the strength and sustainability of the candidate’s client base, rather than a fixed minimum book size.
Key Responsibilities

Lead and grow an independent practice within the firm’s Abu Dhabi or Dubai office.

Manage and expand client relationships, providing strategic and commercially sound legal advice.

Contribute to business development efforts and the expansion of the firm’s market presence.

Collaborate with peers across offices to deliver integrated legal solutions.

Support the development of junior lawyers and actively contribute to the firm’s leadership culture.
Candidate Profile

Qualified lawyer with substantial post-qualification experience, ideally gained within the UAE or wider GCC region.

Demonstrable portable client base with the potential for continued growth and long-term value.

Practice area is flexible

Arabic language skills are advantageous but not essential.

Senior Associates from reputable regional firms with a portable book of business and readiness to step into a Partner role will also be considered.
