The Opportunity

Kingston Stanley is working exclusively on a confidential Partner opportunity with a highly regarded global law firm, looking to further strengthen and grow its established GCC platform.

This is an additional strategic hire, offering the opportunity to join a well-established international firm with a strong global network, international client base and genuine ambitions for continued growth across the region.

The firm is open to senior lawyers across a range of practice areas, including but not limited to transactional, commercial, disputes and specialist sector-focused practices.

What They Are Looking For

The firm is particularly interested in senior lawyers who can demonstrate:

• A strong and established GCC / Middle East client following
• Significant personal client relationships and business generation
• A credible track record of business development and origination
• The ability to develop and grow a practice within an international platform
• Strong technical and commercial credentials
• An established reputation within their market

The firm is open to Partners, Equity Partners, Managing Partners and senior Counsel / Legal Directors where there is a compelling business case.

Candidates may be based in Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Riyadh or Kuwait, with flexibility around location depending on the candidate’s client base and preferences.

There is also scope for the right individual to bring a wider team, where appropriate.
