We are partnering with a leading international consumer brand to appoint a Project & Facilities Manager responsible for supporting regional expansion, store development, and facilities operations across multiple locations.

This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially minded professional with strong project delivery and facilities management experience who enjoys operating in a fast-paced, multi-site environment. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting business growth through new site rollouts, capital projects, operational excellence, and stakeholder management.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the planning and execution of retail, commercial, and operational projects across multiple locations.
• Manage site openings, refurbishments, fit-outs, and facilities improvement initiatives.
• Oversee facilities operations, maintenance programs, vendor performance, and service delivery standards.
• Manage project budgets, procurement activities, contracts, and cost control measures.
• Conduct facility audits and implement corrective actions to improve operational performance.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time and aligned with business objectives.
• Support capital planning, renovation programs, and infrastructure improvements.
• Drive sustainability, efficiency, and continuous improvement initiatives across the portfolio.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, operational, and regulatory requirements.

Candidate Profile

• 7–10 years of experience within Project Management, Facilities Management, Retail Development, Construction, Real Estate, or a related environment.
• Proven experience managing multi-site operations and capital projects.
• Strong background in fit-out, store rollout, facilities operations, maintenance, and vendor management.
• Experience managing budgets, contracts, procurement, and project delivery.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Commercially minded with the ability to balance operational requirements and business objectives.
• Experience within retail, hospitality, commercial real estate, mixed-use developments, or consumer-facing businesses would be highly advantageous.
• Ability to work independently in a regional role with significant ownership and accountability.
