Retail Area Manager
Location: Dubai, UAE

We are seeking a commercially driven Retail Area Manager to oversee multiple stores across Dubai, driving sales, profitability, operational excellence and exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive sales, profitability and retail KPIs across multiple stores.
• Develop business plans to improve performance and support growth.
• Monitor store results and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Maintain brand standards, visual merchandising and promotional execution.
• Lead, coach and develop Store Managers and retail teams.
• Conduct regular store visits to ensure operational consistency.
• Oversee budgets, staffing, inventory and loss prevention.
• Support store openings, closures and operational improvement initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and health and safety standards.

Requirements

• Proven experience managing multiple retail stores in an Area Manager or equivalent role.
• Experience managing full-price stores in a customer-focused retail environment, ideally apparel or footwear.
• Strong commercial acumen and a track record of achieving sales and profitability targets.
• Experience leading and developing Store Managers and retail teams.
• Knowledge of retail operations, visual merchandising and inventory management.
• Strong analytical, communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Hands-on, results-driven approach with a focus on customer experience.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and public holidays when required.
