Senior Manager / Director / Senior Director – Talent Acquisition

We are supporting a leading organisation in the UAE with a senior Talent Acquisition leadership appointment. The position may be appointed at Senior Manager, Director or Senior Director level, depending on the successful candidate’s experience and leadership capability.

This is an opportunity for an accomplished Talent Acquisition professional to lead strategic recruitment across Technology and Corporate Functions within a fast-paced, high-performance organisation.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead the Talent Acquisition strategy across Technology and Corporate Functions.
• Partner with senior executives and business leaders on current and future workforce requirements.
• Oversee complex and senior-level recruitment mandates while ensuring consistent delivery across the function.
• Build proactive talent pipelines for business-critical and hard-to-fill positions.
• Lead, develop and mentor Talent Acquisition professionals.
• Strengthen recruitment governance, reporting, processes and candidate experience.
• Use market intelligence and recruitment data to support workforce-planning decisions.
• Drive continuous improvement, employer branding and strategic recruitment initiatives.

Successful candidates must have:

• Extensive Talent Acquisition experience across Technology and Corporate Functions
• Proven experience operating within a fast-paced, high-performance environment
• Strong leadership and senior stakeholder-management capability
• Native-level English communication skills, both written and verbal
• An in-house Talent Acquisition or recruitment agency background
• A stable career history with good tenure
• No more than three employers within the past five years
• The credibility and commercial awareness to influence senior business leaders
