Social Media Specialist

Dubai, UAE | AED 18,000–22,000 per month

We’re looking for a creative and commercially minded Social Media Specialist to join a well-established, diversified group in Dubai.

You’ll take ownership of social media activity across multiple brands, creating engaging content and helping strengthen their digital presence.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute social media strategies across Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn and other relevant platforms

• Create, plan and manage engaging content and social calendars

• Produce strong copy and creative concepts aligned with each brand

• Manage day-to-day community engagement and platform activity

• Support paid social campaigns and influencer collaborations

• Track performance, analyse insights and recommend improvements

• Work closely with internal marketing, creative and business teams

Ideal Profile

• 3–5+ years’ social media experience, ideally within the UAE

• Strong content creation, copywriting and storytelling skills

• Confident managing multiple brands/accounts simultaneously

• Good understanding of social trends, paid media and analytics

• Agency, retail, automotive, consumer or multi-brand experience would be advantageous

• Based in the UAE

Salary: AED 18,000–22,000 per month
