Talent Acquisition Officer – Faculty Recruitment

Location: UAE
Salary: AED 16,000 per month

We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Officer to join a well-established organisation in the UAE. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment and onboarding of academic faculty, ensuring a seamless hiring experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for academic positions, including Professors, Lecturers and Researchers.

• Source, screen and assess qualified academic candidates locally and internationally.

• Coordinate interviews with Deans, Department Heads and senior stakeholders.

• Manage offer negotiations, documentation and faculty onboarding processes.

• Support visa processing, credential verification and relocation arrangements.

• Maintain recruitment records and ensure compliance with university hiring policies.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.

• Proven experience in faculty recruitment and onboarding within a well-established UAE university is essential.

• Strong understanding of academic recruitment processes and UAE employment regulations.

• Excellent communication, stakeholder management and organisational skills.

• Proficiency in recruitment platforms and Applicant Tracking Systems.

• Fluency in English is essential; Arabic-English bilingual candidates are preferred.
