We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join a fast-paced and growing organisation within the construction and real estate sector in Dubai.

This is an exciting opportunity for a commercially minded recruitment professional who thrives in a high-pressure environment, enjoys working on challenging mandates, and has a proven ability to deliver high-quality talent within demanding timelines.

The successful candidate will bring strong recruitment expertise, ideally gained within a recruitment agency environment, combined with solid knowledge of the construction and real estate talent market.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment mandates across a range of construction and real estate functions.
• Partner closely with business leaders and hiring managers to understand workforce requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.
• Develop and present tailored talent acquisition solutions based on business needs, market conditions and hiring objectives.
• Source, assess and attract high-calibre candidates using direct sourcing, networking, market mapping and other recruitment channels.
• Deliver multiple recruitment mandates simultaneously while maintaining a strong focus on quality and candidate experience.
• Provide informed market insight around talent availability, compensation, competitor activity and recruitment trends.
• Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future business requirements.
• Manage recruitment processes efficiently from initial briefing through to offer and onboarding.
• Ensure agreed recruitment objectives and timelines are consistently achieved.
• Act as a trusted recruitment partner to the business, providing clear, reasoned and commercially sound recommendations.

The Ideal Candidate

• Proven experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment, preferably gained within a recruitment agency.
• Strong experience recruiting within construction and/or real estate.
• Demonstrated ability to manage high-volume and time-sensitive recruitment mandates.
• Comfortable working under significant pressure without compromising on quality.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the confidence to present recruitment strategies and solutions to senior business stakeholders.
• Commercially aware, analytical and solutions-oriented.
• Strong sourcing, interviewing and candidate assessment capabilities.
• Highly organised with excellent prioritisation and time-management skills.
• A proven track record of delivering against challenging recruitment targets and deadlines.
• UAE experience is highly advantageous.
